A new psychological thriller. Clay (Hayden Christensen) is a happy young man, he is married to a nice, beautiful and loving woman (Jessica Alba), comes from a rich family but he has an illness, that can be cured only with the help of a dangerous surgical procedure.
While undergoing open heart surgery, he finds himself awake, even thought he is under anesthesia. A rare phenomenon occurred – it is called “Anesthetic Awareness”. So, being awake but paralyzed she can hear the doctors discussing his future death and Clay lies there speculating who wants him dead.
