The plot is catching: a gang kidnapped and assaulted two young women, and while escaping from these murders and looking for a refuge they occasionally found one at a vacation home that belongs the parents of one of the victims. That is the way the horrible and blood-chilling revenge starts … 

Of course, I can’t but mention that the movie is rather low-budget and everybody concerned can see it with the naked eye, but who cares when it works. But I would like to tell you the moments I loved in the movie the most:

• definitely, the score and the cinematography. Both these elements caught my eye;
• the dynamics is really stunning. I like the way this gang acts – brutal and quick;
• Mari’s parents really deserve their own movie. What actions, what climax! 
• the idea of crossing a line has been pulsing throughout the movie. A couple of times I was really puzzled: how far they can go;
• violent scenes were not very violent if it possible to say so, because those villains seem to have a completely “human” face;
• the movie provokes a lot of feelings and moral questions, so you will definitely think of it even after its ending;
• teamwork was amazing – there IS a cooperation and even some kind of chemistry between husband and wife.

All-in-all, it was a nice and interesting successor to the Bergman original.

If you think that the movie is somehow reminds the first part, you are completely right, but it is even better and more terrifying. It looks like a real and decent horror film. I have already told you that the movie is actually a prequel to the original version, so its starts in a cheap and dirty motel where the employees have a dangerous and forbidden hobby – they spy on couples while they have sex and make their own porno tapes to sell them on the black market. But one day a man comes there with a prostitute and kills her … After this sad event everything turns upside down.

The plot is not bad at all, but if you are an attentive viewer, you will find a lot of incongruities, for example, the film should explain the way those people got involved into such business, but it actually creates even more questions, the movie starts in a completely another motel it has ended, I don’t recognize any characters of this film.

Frankly speaking, the only one value of this movie – it can scary you and let your blood run cold, but it is too shallow and even silly to be remembered. It is a perfect one if you have some spare time and don’t feel like watching any philosophical or romantic movies.

Most reviews are negative, people claim, that everything is too baaaad:

• costumes are awful
  

• acting is not brilliant at all
• the dialogues are weak and sometimes even stupid
• the movie is not scary it is foolish
• this movie neither scares not thrills
• most people didn’t watch it till the end

Sounds not promising at all, yeah? But I still would like to enjoy it. Why? Because I am curious, is it really millions times worse than the iconic version?

I really want to know whether the movie is so bad. Then I adore kids halloween costumes and adults costumes as well. What is more, I must confess I am afraid of real scary HORROR movies, so this one seems to be not scary at all, that is why I am going to enjoy it!!!

Resident Evil: Extinction is a 3d (and maybe the last part) of a famous horror movie. The whole films are based on the popular Capcom survival horror game. This movies official release date in Canada, the USA and Mexico – the 21st of September, 2007. The location of the film has changed but not the feelings, it provokes. This time I decided to change the structure of my article, because here we’ve got the only one star – Milla Jovovich.

As to the plot… If you have seen previous movies, it doesn’t changed greatly. The same zombies, the same virus and the same Alice (Milla Jovovich), who is always ready to destruct awful zombies. The virus is called T-virus and Corporation she is working at – the Umbrella Corporation. It tries to prevent the whole people to become zombies, but, unfortunately, the world is still under the threat of extinction.

Now, Alice is in a desert, she looks like a super-killing machine, moreover, she has super strength and she decided to conquer the virus and save the world. And finally, there will be a happy end. According to the trailer, the film is very gloomy and dark.

As one me, Milla’s play is really worth watching, she is flawless in any movies, her talent is boundless.
