Perhaps it was my low expectations that made me accept this movie very warm and hearty. And may be the movie is simply amazing and highly catching and that’s all. Duplicity has everything to be a hit, and yet it lack something to become a hit. It is not an Oscar material but it is a brilliant film within the context of the genre.

The movie is really interesting and attractive and its trailers didn’t do favours to it, since the movie was much more interesting than its trailers. Love the dialogues – they are witty, edgy and funny, it was pure pleasure to listen to them. Both Julia and Clive look comfortable and natural together.

Love the details – they always come in time and add some pizzazz to the film. Duplicity makes you think and provokes feelings in you. Definitely, a worth watching movie!

It goes without saying that the effects were tremendous and really amazing, I can even say mind-blowing, they touched my heart and pleased my eye. As to me, Transformers is the only decent blockbuster of this summer. Michael Bay did a great job and the movie is something that won’t leave you indifferent. I was even a bit disappointed that it ended too soon.

Once again, action scenes and visual effects are great, but I simply can’t understand why the movie has such an amount of romantic scenes. They are lack of actions and simply make people feel boring and chew their pop-corn. I must say most of them are were tiresome romantic scenes, and even then, the action scenes become tiresome. I love the actors and their performance, because it was very believable and highly captivating. Megan Fox was amazing and very beautiful here.

My standing ovations go to the plot of the movies, it is very good and even fascinating. Overall, the movie is fun and you won’t leave the theatre with a blah feeling. The film is definitely worth seeing yes.

Yeah, it goes without saying that it is highly enjoyable and being a Terminator films/franchise fan I can’t but agree that it was pure pleasure watching the movie. I would like to name you my proc and cons:

PROS:

• plot is very entertaining;
• characters are rather deep and completely believable;
• actions scenes are beyond comprehension and definitely deserves the highest praises;
• music is enchanting even for the movie like that;
• visuals are truly fantastic.

CONS:

• script is a bit rushed in some moment;
• very often there was a feeling that the characters are a bit woodenish, so I think they are lack of talent or something like that.

I have a lot of fun while watching it but it is definitely not the best Terminator.

PROS:

• it is a sequel and as a rule, the second movie is always not as great as the first one. But in this case, it was a very pleasant moment – to understand that Night at the Museum 2 is not a way to earn some money and don’t pay attention to people and movie itself;
• some moments of the movie are even much better than those of the first one;
• Ben Stiller gave a fantastic performance and it was a real pleasure to enjoy him playing. He was very natural and completely believing;
• Robin Williams and Owen Wilson were incredible as well;
• jokes were mind-blowing and rather wit;
• the movie is an amazing relaxation;
• the movie gives us a couple of lessons and has a great underlying message;
• the music is perfectly timed;
• the film turned to be a fantastic combination of a comedy and actions.

CONS:

• it is really sad but most of the hottest moments were showed in the trailers;
• poor plot;
• the storyline was very usual and mundane;
• to say that some of the jokes were silly actually means to say nothing.

I don’t know whether there will be the 3d part or not, but until Nights at the Museum put smile on my face I am going to watch them.

I was expecting this movie to be a great and mind-blowing blockbuster, but it turned to be a boring and slow-paced comedy, I even can’t name it either an action movie or a thriller. It turned to be a kind of movie to eat popcorn and to enjoy amazing graphics. There is no message and very little sense in the film.

I can’t understand why a lot of characters have been awfully altered and some have been even deleted. I am sad to say this but the movie is not entertaining at all and I can even name it unsatisfactory. It’s really bad that the makers paid attention to our eyes and not minds and souls. For example, the main characters of Wolverine, Victor Creed and Colonel Stryker are well developed – but that’s all. The rest of the characters are shallow and simple. The film itself seems to be a bit raw.

The acting was not bad at all. The music was nice as well but the movie is lack emotions and soul. Not the best movie ever, however, it is was noticing because of special effects.

The movie will be perfect for those adoring monsters, battles, and actions. I think that this part is better than both the 1st one and the comic book. Hellboy is a smart and comical movie and in this manner it touches upon very acute problems of our society: politics, environment, relations on the Earth…

Impressions

I must confess, that my impressions are rather ambivalent, so PROS of this movie:

• it was so nice to see Stallone once again and he didn’t disappoint my expectations. A true super star of action movies. I am impressed – he is 62 and his physical form is still so cool;
• action scenes are unparalleled and very intensive;
• the movie is dynamic;
• much better than previous 2 movies and resembles the 1st one;
• action scenes are unforgettable;
• music and camera are brilliant;

CONS of Rambo:

• the most bloody movie I have seen (at least, after watching it, namely this thought came to my mind);
• the level of brutality, gore, violence and carnage can shock even rather bloodthirsty people;
• don’t even expect any dramatic sense or deep meaning – it’s Rambo.

And the last point, nostalgia…
