Watchmen movie is one of the hottest premiers of March, and frankly speaking almost as good as most of us have been expecting it to be. Watchmen is a about a team of superheroes and the action takes place in 1985. However, you should be ready it is not a kind of superhero movie you’ve got used to. The movie is full of visual effects and all things amazing visualizations, but the plot is much deeper and darker, it doesn’t look like an entertaining movie at all. The movie is not easy and funny, I can name it a serious one and sometimes even too serious.
To my mind the movie is a controversial one and it includes some hidden hints, a lot of unspoken moments and a new interpretation of historical events, for example it was really interesting to discover some new facts about the Vietnam War and the Nixon Presidency.
The whole movie is centered around a murder and a mystery that surrounds it. The movie is a very intriguing one and it will keep you in suspense till the end.
Nevertheless, I still would like to name you 3 facts about this movie:
- amazing effects
The effects are really mind-blowing and a couple of times I found myself with my mouth slightly agape. I was impressed with some scenes. I like the way the effects were made, because they are extremely believable and convincing;
- violent and nude scenes
Well, I wasn’t expecting the movie to be THAT dark. I’ve found it even to be depressing to some extent. Scenes of violence are horrible and completely unnecessary. And the nude scene is the worst part of the movie.

The movie is very valuable from the historic point of view.
Anyway, I highly recommend you to watch it!
