Plot: Sydney Wells (Jessica Alba) is a young but blind violinist. All her life Sydney has been dreaming to seeing and she undergoes a special transplant and she can see! But… everything has its price. Right after the operation, Sydney starts seeing shadowy figures in her peripheral vision, and she doesn’t know for sure, whether they are 1) real, 2) result of the experimental procedure or 3) supernatural.

Impressions

Well, not great, but descent enough. As for me, the acting was rather nice, even very nice; Jessica Alba is surprisingly amazing. And I must say, this movie thrills and keeps in suspension, it is really scaring. The ending was pretty impressive and worth waiting. Some moments are preposterous indeed and you even can’t understand “what for?”, they made me laugh.

The movie is not a horror one, I think it is more a drama multiplied by a psychological thriller.
