This movie if very much alike with it – the same period, the same decorations and the same feelings of something mysterious. “Lust, Caution Facts” is a new fantastic espionage erotic thriller starring Tony Leung Ka Fai, Tang Wei, Joan Chen and others. It is not an easy movie to watch, it demands from you certain efforts: such as concentration, for example. But it will never leave your disappointed, because it is impossible to feel bored, where there is a clever man and wise woman intrigue…

The action goes on in Shanghai, 1942. The WWII-era Shanghai, Wong Chia Chi (Tang Wei) is a student at the Chinese college, she meets a charismatic guy – Kuang Yu Min (Want Leehom) and gets involved with a drama. Thus, she chooses an extremely dangerous role for herself. Wong had to change her habitual life and became Mrs. Mak, afterwards gain confidence and make friends with the wife of the very important Japanese collaborator, Mr. Yee (Tony Leung). It is needed in order to kill him later. The plan didn’t work and everything calms down for a couple of years. But 2 years later Wong meets Mr. Yee again and decided to fulfil her former assignment… This movie will keep in you in suspense till the last second.
This movie got “Winner of the Best Picture Award” at the 2007 Venice International Film Festival.
