To my mind, all movies from Guillermo del Toro are bright and worth seeing. What can I say about this particular movie? Brilliant. It is as good as the first Hellboy. It is full of unexpected moments. What I liked the most about it: Hellboy 2008 offers not only actions but character development and their deep interaction. The actions themselves became more complicated and stylized.
The movie will be perfect for those adoring monsters, battles, and actions. I think that this part is better than both the 1st one and the comic book. Hellboy is a smart and comical movie and in this manner it touches upon very acute problems of our society: politics, environment, relations on the Earth…

Hellboy was fun; for sure that director has an amazing imagination, reminded me a lot of his work in Pan’s Labyrinth
