A new psychological thriller. Clay (Hayden Christensen) is a happy young man, he is married to a nice, beautiful and loving woman (Jessica Alba), comes from a rich family but he has an illness, that can be cured only with the help of a dangerous surgical procedure.
While undergoing open heart surgery, he finds himself awake, even thought he is under anesthesia. A rare phenomenon occurred - it is called “Anesthetic Awareness”. So, being awake but paralyzed she can hear the doctors discussing his future death and Clay lies there speculating who wants him dead.
Frankly speaking, it is a movie with great twists and turns, it will keep you in suspense since the first scene. The story is brilliant, acting is amazing and everything is not only about a complicated operation and family’s reaction. The ending is really unexpected.
