Some of the viewers of Star Trek might feel the cameras shaking in the movie but this has been deliberately done to give it a shaky effect to represent the blown-out characters. Star Trek has a superb opening with the U.S.S Kelvin responding to a strange vessel that appears suddenly from somewhere to attack with weapons.

Star Trek has an impressive star cast comprising of stars like Chris Pine as James T. Kirk, Zachary Quinto as Spock, Leonard Nimoy as Older Spock, Eric Bana as Nero, Bruce Greenwood as Capt. Christopher Pike, Karl Urban as Dr. Leonard Bones McCoy and Zoe Saldana as Nyota Uhura.

The first half of the movie appears better than the later half of the movie. Overall, Star Trek is a movie that is worth watching with a rating of 7.5 out of 10.

PROS:

• visual effects were top notch and really stunning. My beloved part is birth of Sandman. Frankly speaking, I can’t think of any other effect that can be that nice and entertaining. Also I liked the whole fight scenes, they were simply terrific;
• humour scenes were incredible and unexpectedly hilarious. I burst into laughter while enjoying Peter dancing;
• the first battle scene Sandman vs Spidey – nice and mind-blowing;
• acting was exemplary and very convincing – I really loved the whole scenes;

My CONS are much more impressive and the list is a big longer:

• the movie lacks its main characters’ development and most characters even lack depth;
• the costumes were really ridiculous. This time even Spidey wasn’t alive, I mean he looked like a doll and not like a living organism;
• some music parts were awful and this music even managed to kill the scene;
• the movie is full of details it just seemed to me that the authors tried their best to squeeze too much into one film – they simply failed to outline the main ideas.

To my mind the movie will suit only heavy fans who love any movie about Spidey as it is!

I must put your special attention to the action scenes because they were staged perfectly and they were completely balanced. Alex Proyas directing can be named nice and brave to some extent – he made a catching and interesting movie that has no relation to a traditional Hollywood blueprint.

“Knowing” is like a breath of fresh air, I mean it, the movie is unique and completely different from these boring and never-ending popcorn flicks. To my mind, it is a thought-provoking one that keeps you in suspense and really thrills. The action scenes are amazing,  and I found myself shouting Wow for a couple of times while watching it. Visual effects were completely convincing and rather cool, however, not top notch ones.

To put it short the movie is close to an ideal one and there really isn’t much to complain about it. I definitely recommend to watch the film because it worth both your time and your money and it will provoke a myriad of emotions in you. Don’t miss )))

After some thinking I decided to watch once again Iron Man. Why? Because this movie simply brings back classic and fantastic ambience of sci—fi films. The following movie takes the comic book genre to the highest level ever.

In a couple of words, “Iron Man” is blistering, funny and the one that catches from the very beginning and keeps you in suspense every minute, every second. I loved all action scenes, since they were more realistic than one can imagine.

The movie is well-done and won’t disappoint you!!!
