In Los-Angeles will be build the biggest in the world museum devoted to cinematograph, movie’s history and main cinematograph award Oscar.

According to the official data, the museum will be erected during the following period of time – 2008-2014 and the fundaments will be laid in the middle of Hollywood already in 2008.

A French architect Christian de Portzamparc is responsible fro the project. His place of birth is Marocco, but Christian studied architecture in Paris at the Ecole Nationale des Beaux Arts. For some time he was a painter. In 1994 he got the Pritzker Prize. Portzamparc has already made some rather famous projects, one of them is a sky-scraper of the Moet Hennessy-Louis Vuitton (LVMH) Holding in New-York.

The architect turned to be a devoted fan not only of architecture but of cinematograph as well. Both these spheres represent movement, the art of light, arrangement and composition. It is a feast of life or even life itself. Also, museums become an integral part of Los-Angeles and they draw attention of tourists.

But, life is not all honey, thus, the budget is not approved yet. What is more, there are no sponsors as well. And it is very important issues to view. The museum will be situated not far from the legendary inscription “Hollywood”.

Today I am going on with the description of the most boring movies. The 1st nominees you can find here. Please enjoy the following list and don’t waste your time while watching them. Good luck!

Rumors has it. But, please, remember, it is already the 6th movie! Although I like Jennifer Aniston and I really like most of her movies, I can’t stand this one. The whole movie a main hero – Sarah is looking for the truth about her past and her family. I am not against the truth, in no way, but she looks for it during 96 minutes and discovers almost nothing. She can’t be happy, she can’t say “yes” to normal relationships and be happy in a marriage. Because she is not married at all and will never be – inner problems. And it is so challenging for her to solve them and for us to watch her solutions… “Rumors has it” – is a movie movie I wanted to walk out on.

The Postman. I liked Kevin Costner in many movies, but not in this one. Before watching I haven’t heard that this movie is not worth watching (according to many critics) and now I understand that it is worth watching only for those who want to support Kevin and say that critics are not right. This movie is not a usual one, it is long (approximately 3 hours) and making a movie long doesn’t necessarily makes it epic and interesting. What is more, it is lack of special effects, lack of motion and the idea can be caught only after the 2nd or 3d watching (according to my friend’s point of view). So, you can watch it, if for some time (before watching) you’ll be telling yourself, that now you are going to watch a very serious movie, a very philosophical one.

Reign Of Fire. The plot of this movie is – people vs. dragons. The theme is very commercial and the movie itself as well. Two beautiful and attractive actors and dragons. But, this movie didn’t touch me and failed to draw my attention. Sad to say, I expected it to be it a little bit spectacular and catching. This movie is nothing new. It is not watchable and not memorable at all. The plot is not quite understandable, for the first 25 minutes it may seem that your are watching a movie about nothing. Even the dragons are boring.

The Jackal. While entering the cinema I thought to be ready to everything – thriller, action movie, bright detective, nice play and a lot of new information. I expected to watch a new amazing screen version of an old movie. But I was completely disappointed. It is so boring and Bruce Willis looks much better while running with guns and finding killers, instead of making a though-over plans. So, this Jackal looks more like a parody of the first version. The movie is very predictable, while watching it, it seemed to me that I was making it together with producers, also, some scenes are just ridiculous. So, it is a thriller that can thrill even a child.

Garfield. I like this adorable cute fat cat, but only in magazines, on pictures and comics about it. I just can’t explain why I didn’t like the movie. The movie have no elements that make comics so fun and attracting. These elements are replaced with stupid jokes. The movie pretend to be boring and quickly made in order to earn money. The movie is neither fun nor interesting. It can’t hold me near the TV-set. Unfortunately, its makers failed to convey the spirit of comics.

Thank you very much for your attention, if you have your own opinion, please, tell it to me. Some other boring movies: “Material Girls”, “Dogville”, “You’ve Got Mail”, “Titus”, “Lord of the Rings”.

You now, some movies are really boring, they can bored you to death and you will never, ever and ever again will want to switch on your TV-set. So, I have nothing against TV, that’s why I decided to present you a list, containing 10 the most boring movies. Enjoy your watching! Well, actually, your not watching.

The English Patient. As for me, together with this film in cinemas producers had to offer not only a pack of pop-corn, but a doze of English Patience! Because it is really challenging to watch this movie. Despite there are some people, going crazy about it. The matter is, it is not only boring, it is dead-alive and dull. The plot is not so bad (a story of a Hungarian mapmaker and his life: memories, love, work). It is predicted to be a successful and stunning drama, but turned to be a little bit boring movie. Twice I went into the bathroom and didn’t miss much…

Lost in Translation. Life is movement and in this film happens … nothing. It is lack of everything – actions, decisions, turns of fate… It was made by Sofia Coppola, Scarlett Johansson and Bill Murray were staring in it, but, it is still extremely boring. I watched it till the end, spend almost 2 hours and saw nothing. Just conversations of an American film actor and a young wife of a visiting photographer. What is worth paying attention: young and perfect while playing Scarlett Johansson and Tokyo sceneries. So, I was watching it at home, and while watching, the only one idea was in my head, what twill happen at the end? You already know.

Cold Mountain. I must confess, I don’t like cinemas very much and don’t visit them very often, but I had a desire to watch this movie namely there. So, I bought a ticket and a pack of pop-corn and was almost ready to forget about everything for 2 hours. But, it was impossible, this movies neither left me speechless nor impressed me much. It was boring, I left the cinema 25 minutes after the beginning of the “Cold Mountain”. I even can’t name you the most boring feature, it is just dull. I even liked actresses: Nicole Kidman and Renée Zellweger, but they were not capable to safe this movie from being completely uninteresting. The plot is not bad: it is about a wounded soldier who makes his way back homes and meets a lot of amazing, bright people and a woman is waiting for him, but, still it didn’t touch me. By the way, Cold Mountain, N.C is a place.

Three Colors: Blue. It was written by a Frenchmen and a Polish director. Frankly speaking, it is a trilogy, but, I have some doubts about my desire to watch the continuation of Blue. This movies is about liberty and a woman, that turns to be an embodiment of this liberty (namely, emotional one). Julie lost her family in a car accident and decided not to have any connections to other people anymore, but, in the course of time, she found out, that it is impossible. Blue is a main colour of this movie, numerous scenes are made with the help of a blue filter and blue light. No doubts, the movie was admired by many critics and a great emphasize was made on its educational and political importance. But, at least, try to remember, it is not an easy and interesting movie to watch in a family circle or with friends. It has even got an award at the Venice Film Festival in 1993.

The Thin Red Line. First of all, it lasts almost 3 hours, that its logo sounds like this: every man fights his own war and I think almost every person fights his or her own to view it till the end. To tell the truth, there were some interesting places, but not very often.

There is only 5 movies in this post, the nest portion you will find here in a day or two. See you!

Today, I decided make MoviesComments a little bit diversified and set a new category – CINEMATOGRAPH. Here I will write about the best, popular and most influential films, directors, movie companies and genres. It will be a some kind of illiteracy elimination. Because, I don’t think that everybody has enough time to find out more about this questions.

Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc., or Warner Bros., also known as Warner Brothers considered to be one of the greatest and largest movie producers. To tell the truth, it is a branch of the California-based Time Warner conglomerate. So, don’t be puzzled while hearing: Warner Home Video, Warner Bros. Studios, Warner Bros. Animation and some other titles including Warner Bros word-combination – here we deal with one and the same incorporation. The only one point it has a lot of subsidiaries.

Warner Bros. was founded in 1918 and is the 3-oldest movie studio in the USA. It goes without saying, it is hardly possible to find a single person in the world, haven’t heard about Warner Brothers, so the history of this company is long and sometimes not very interesting, so just some points. Let’s start from the title: we must be thankful to 4 brothers: Harry, Albert, Jack and Sam Warner. They were Polish immigrants and moved to Canada. Three elder brothers appeared to have a talent in the field of movies production and they bought a projector, began showing movies with its help, then was opened the 1st theatre from Warner Brothers and by the WWI they were producing films and in 1918 opened their own studio Warner Bros. on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood.

Now, the results can be perfectly seen, it is a prospering movie studio, that produced the following masterpieces: Scooby-Doo, The Matrix: Reloaded, The Last Samurai, Harry Potter and the Philospher’s Stone, Constantine, Fred Claus.
