Nice and funny movie about a songwriter David Seville and his life that turns upside down with the appearing of 3 cute and what is more singing chipmunks: Alvin, Simon and Theodore. David will become not only a teacher and father of these 3 naughty guys but also manager of their extremely popular rock band.
It is a “hello” from the past, the same like Garfield and Transformers. And old movie was given a new life and it’s very good, ’cause those born in 80’s are capable to remember their childhood and our new generation to know what their parents and older siblings adore watching.
Well, the movie is not bad, sometimes I even found myself watching it attentively and it’s fun for all ages. Aaaalviiiiinnnnnnn is really incredible and the movie doesn’t look like Garfield, it’s really touching and very emotional, it provokes feelings and thoughts. Unfortunately, the weakest part is Jason Lee. But, overall, Alvin and the Chipmunks is a hugely enjoyable movie.
