Mexican Actress Salma Hayek has again made headlines with her marriage with Henri Pinault on the most romantic day, Valentines Day. She chose the perfect destination i.e., Paris for her wedding with French magnate Francois Henri Pinault. The wedding took place as a civil ceremony at the City Hall in Paris’ chic 6th arrondissement.
According to the sources, the wedding was a small affair. It was Hayek’s spokeswoman, Cari Ross, who confirmed the news of Salma’s wedding in Paris on Saturday, February 14th, 2009. She didn’t give much detail of the wedding.
It is assumed that Salma Hayek’s wedding with Francois Henri Pinnault took place after a great romance between the two since they met in Italy in 2006. They got engaged and even gad a baby, Valentina Paloma in September 2007. They, in fact, broke up before uniting again for marriage.
Salma is presently the executive producer of US television comedy Ugly Betty and Francois Henri Pinnault is the chief executive of the French Luxury and retail group PPR SA that owns brands like Gucci, Puma and Balenciaga.
